6. Job Liability

a. JobMitra serves as a platform to share and discover jobs but doesn’t organize or endorse any event directly.

b. Job owners hold full responsibility for their job posting, including hiring, legal screening, pay, anything fiscal and any associated outcomes.

c. JobMitra is not liable for incidents or issues arising from jobs. Owners assume full liability for their respective jobs and all related fiscal dealings.

7. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in unauthorized promotions, spamming, or any activity against our guidelines is prohibited. Offenders may face penalties or bans.
