a. JobMitra acts solely as a platform for sharing job opportunities. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy of job postings or employers.

b. Employers are solely responsible for conducting legal due diligence, including background checks, employment eligibility verification, work authorization, and compliance with immigration laws. JobMitra is not responsible for verifying the immigration status of job seekers or ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

c. Job owners hold full responsibility for their job postings, including hiring decisions, wages, tax reporting, and any financial or legal obligations associated with employment.

d. JobMitra is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from employment relationships established through the platform.
6. Reporting and Moderation
a. Users can report inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent content.

b. We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content at our discretion.

c. Serious violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in:
• Misrepresentation of identity or qualifications.
• Posting fraudulent or misleading job listings.
• Unauthorized promotions, spam, or solicitation.
• Any activity that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
Violations may result in penalties, content removal, or account termination.
8. Payments and Refunds
a. JobMitra offers paid services for job owners, including job post promotions and premium features.

b. All payments made on JobMitra are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a billing error has occurred.

c. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at jobmitraapp@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction for review.

d. JobMitra is not responsible for failed, delayed, or incorrect transactions due to third-party payment processors.

e. We reserve the right to change pricing, payment policies, or offer promotions at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability
a. JobMitra does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of job listings or employer information.
